Description

Elismerő oklevél Hegyi Lajos balatonhenyei tanító részére az 1958. november 16-i országgyűlési képviselői és tanácstagi választásokon végzett munkájáért. Az oklevelet a Hazafias Népfront vezetősége állította ki 1958. nov. 16-án, Budapesten. Felül nemzeti színű szalag látható, rajta a Parlament épületével, körben stilizált virágmintás szegély.
