A szépírási mintalapot Klein Sándor töltötte ki, Tapolcán 1883. április 15-én. Szólásokat olvashatunk az előnyomott vonalakon, alul pedig a számjegyeket 0-9 között. Hátoldalán egy ceruzával írt névlista látható, amiben befizetéseket tartottak nyilván.
